Mary South’s collection YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2020) has received a flurry of recent attention in end-of-year recaps.

One of the New York Public Library’s “Best Books of 2020,” YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN was also recently mentioned in The Atlantic’s “Books Briefing” newsletter as a standout title centered around grief and mourning. The collection also appears on Lit Hub’s round-up of notable short story collections from 2020.
