Breena Clarke to coedit upcoming volume of Chicken Soup for the Soul

Author of Oprah’s Book Club selection and New York Times bestseller RIVER, CROSS MY HEART Breena Clarke will coedit the upcoming volume in the Chicken Soup for the Soul series, titled I’M SPEAKING NOW: Black Women Share Their Truth in 101 Stories of Love, Courage and Hope.

Publishing June 1, 2021, the volume will feature deeply personal essays, intelligent commentary, wryly humorous takes on modern life, and narrative witness to history.
